    with a yearly subscription you pay once a year the amount of 10 months combined instead of 12 months combined. With a monthly subscription you pay per month.

    During a subscription you can upgrade to a higher subscription.

  • Can I downgrade during a subscription?

    During a subscription you can’t downgrade to a lower subscription. Only at the end of the last month of the subscription you can downgrade to a lower subscription.

    You can upgrade the subscription. When logged in, go to ‘Account’ and click on ‘Upgrade’.

    When logged in, go to ‘Account’. See at ‘Subscriptions’ on the page where it mentions ‘Credit Reset Date’. With a monthly or yearly subscription the credits will reset every month, based on the date of commencement of the subscription.

  • How are subscriptions renewed?

    By default, subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of their term. Monthly subscriptions will renew for a month, yearly subscriptions for a year. Your credit card will be charged automatically when the renewal occurs.
