No, unused credits will expire at the ‘Credit Reset Date’. With a monthly or yearly subscription the credits will reset every month, based on the date of commencement of the subscription.
How do I upgrade?
To upgrade, when logged in, go to ‘Account’ and select ‘Upgrade’. From there you can choose the new subscription and pay via Paddle.
How are subscriptions renewed?
By default, subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of their term. Monthly subscriptions will renew for a month, yearly subscriptions for a year. Your credit card will be charged automatically when the renewal occurs.
How will I know when and what I will be charged for a subscription?
When logged in, go to ‘Account’ where you can find your current subscription. At the ‘Credit Reset Date’ the new payment will take place.
